GalaxyWorks Cloud is a dedicated, managed Galaxy in the cloud. We handle updates, backups, user provisioning, and ops so your team can focus on data.
  • Dedicated, not shared: Your own instance with private data and predictable performance. Not a multi-tenant queue.
  • Storage and compute bundled: 1 TB of backed-up storage and 1,000 compute hours per month included. Overage is metered and transparent.
  • Support and onboarding: Direct line to the team that builds your Galaxy. Training and custom development available as add-ons.

GalaxyWorks Enterprise is the same distribution, deployed on hardware you control. For institutions with data sovereignty, compliance, or air-gap requirements.
  • On-prem or private cloud: Runs where your data lives. Scoped against your environment, your auth stack, your policies.
  • Licensed plus maintenance: One-time license fee plus annual maintenance. Updates, security patches, and tool catalog refreshes are part of the support contract.
  • Compliance-ready: HIPAA, GDPR, sector-specific frameworks. Auditability of the deployment perimeter is part of the proposal.
